Behind the Vision ,living the mission and my journey

When I joined Transforming Lives International (TLI), I didn’t just take on a job ,I stepped into a calling.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to transform lives by combining faith, community, development, and empowerment. Every single day, I get to witness real transformation unfolding in the lives of those we serve.

Where Faith Meets Action

At TLI, we believe that spiritual growth and sustainable change go hand in hand. Through discipleship, progress groups, and church partnerships, we’re not only spreading the Gospel ,we’re building strong foundations of hope, resilience, and purpose.

But we go beyond that.

We support students who once believed education was out of reach  covering school fees, offering mentorship, and providing vocational training.

We empower women to lead income-generating initiatives like poultry farming, baking, and other small business which helps them lift their families from poverty and into dignity.

Impact You Can See

One of the most unforgettable moments in my journey was meeting a young girl named Wanjiro. She had dropped out of school because her family couldn’t afford the fees.

After joining our sponsorship program, she returned to school  and now, she dreams of becoming a nurse.

I’ll never forget the smile on her face when she received her very first school uniform.

That moment changed me too.

What This Means to Me

Working with TLI has reshaped how I see service, leadership, and faith.

It’s about showing up  with love, with consistency, and with the unshakable belief that every person matters.
